As a member of the GGTO, SaquraExplore guarantees that the part of your trip booked with us will be refunded if we are unable to deliver it due to financial insolvency. This includes your pre-paid travel costs and, if your trip has already begun, your return journey. The GGTO also safeguards against non-delivery of essential travel services agreed in your booking. CALAMITEITENFONDS

SaquraExplore is participant in the Calamiteitenfonds:

The Calamity Fund makes payments in case such consumers suffer financial loss when their travel company cannot or may not (fully) perform the agreed services due to a catastrophe or an impending catastrophe. Moreover, if the trip is terminated early, the Calamity Fund will reimburse the travel sum on a prorated basis as from the date the trip was terminated.
